Cerkev sestavljajo široka ladja, poligonalno zaključen prezbiterij in zvonik pred zahodno fasado. V zvonico vodi kamnit portal z motivom angelske glavice s krili v temenu. Obokana notranjščina je troladijska. Oboke ladje in prezbiterija krasijo štukaturna polja in biserni nizi.

The church is composed of a wide nave, a polygonal presbytery and a church tower located in front of the western façade. A rocky portal with the motif of an angel’s head with wings leads the way to the church tower. The interior is composed of three naves. The nave arches and the presbytery are decorated with stucco fields and pearl strings. The quality Baroque equipment dates back to the 17th and 18th centuries.

The church from 1681–1684 burnt down in 1874 and was renovated in 1877. Both in terms of the floor plan and the loading gauge proportions as well as the architectural details, the church represents a typical architecture of the 17th century.

The church is surrounded by a walled cemetery.
